MASK STATUS AS OF 7.19.2022
Social restrictions have lessened, but our office and waiting rooms are still a medical facility. Patients and visitors are required to wear masks in the building and at checkout regardless if you have been fully vaccinated or not. Thank you for your cooperation.
Upstate Orthopedics understands that amid concerns regarding COVID-19, it may be difficult to see a provider for a traditional in-office visit.
Telemedicine allows you to speak with one of our providers, live and face-to-face, from the privacy and safety of your own home. Utilizing the upstate.doxy.me telemedicine app, Upstate Orthopedics providers can now speak with patients via smartphone or through a home computer with a camera. Patients and medical providers are encouraged to call the OrthoConnect call center to schedule an orthopedic Telemedicine or face-to-face visit based on the urgent orthopedic issue/injury or routine orthopedic issues. The call center is open from 8:30am - 5:00pm (M-F). Call 315-464-8600 or Fax: 315-464-6464 to make an appointment today!
To learn more, or to make an in-person visit or Telemedicine video appointment, call Upstate Orthopedics at 315-464-8600. The OrthoNOW! After-hours Walk-In Program for acute injuries is also open Monday-Friday, 5:00pm-8:30pm and Saturday, 9:00am-2:30pm (no Sunday hours).
If you are feeling ill, have a fever, cough, sore throat, are experiencing shortness of breath or have been exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID 19, please stay home and we will gladly reschedule your appointment.
