COMPLIANCE

Upstate Orthopedics has established a compliance program to address and minimize the compliance risk of the practice.  As an affiliated faculty practice plan of Upstate Medical University, Upstate Orthopedics adheres to the Upstate Medical University Faculty Practice Plan Compliance Program.

The Compliance Programs are intended to promote adherence through education, monitoring, and corrective action to Upstate Medical University and Hospital and the faculty's mission, philosophy, and values and to Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.
